Return and Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn or unused.

  • In original condition with tags still attached.

  • In original packaging.

  • You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Method

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@herbalcr.com. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to return your item.

Return Shipping Label and Cost

  • If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label at no cost.

  • Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • Return shipping costs are covered by us only when a return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Damages or Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at contact@herbalcr.com. We will work to resolve the issue.

Exchanges

For exchanges, we recommend returning the item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired item. This ensures the fastest resolution.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. The item must be in original condition, unused, with tags still attached, and in original packaging.

Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your return is approved or denied. If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed and issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
